MOORIN HEALTH

Meet your GLP-1 Care Companion

Track your progress. Ask questions. Connect with a clinician when you need support.

Care Companion provides ongoing support between healthcare appointments. Complete a brief weekly check-in, follow your progress over time, and submit questions for review by a licensed clinician.

How it works

1. Check in once a week

Tell us how you are doing, including hunger, side effects, protein confidence, activity, and any question you would like reviewed. A check-in should take only a few minutes.

2. See your progress over time

Care Companion organizes the information you enter so you can follow changes over time and prepare for conversations with your regular healthcare provider.

3. Get clinician support when needed

Some check-in responses may be sent to a licensed clinician for review. You can also submit a question for clinician review. When appropriate, a clinician may follow up using the contact information you provided.

4. Bring a clearer picture to your provider

Your Care Companion information can help you remember what has changed and prepare for a more informed conversation with your regular healthcare provider.
